You could use Virtual Fields or Virtual Documents

If you want to ensure the data is accessed in realtime, and don't want to write LotusScript, you could either use the Virtual Fields activity in DECS or LEI, or use the Virtual Documents activity in LEI. I would recommend using Virtual Fields as opposed to DCRs since you can choose which document events to monitor. Some resources for you.
